Mr. Don So is the Head of Business Incubation of New World Development Company Limited, and the Chief Executive Officer of Humansa, a premium health and wellness brand under the New World Group.

Mr. So has more than 20 years of experience in investment, business management, corporate strategy, and technology. Prior to joining the New World Group, Mr. So served as Firm Management Managing Director, APAC Head of Corporate Strategy and Development at Morgan Stanley, and Taiwan Chief Operating Officer. He earlier served in investing and management roles at McKinsey & Company, Guardian Capital, and Redknee.

Mr. So holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Engineering) from University of Waterloo, Canada, and received a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, France.
